- Butter2 tablespoon
- Minced Garlic2 unit(s)
- medium chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Vegetable broth tablet1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Dissolve the wheat flour (or cornstarch) in 1/2 cup of milk and set aside. In a pan, brown the garlic and onion in butter (or margarine). Add the milk with the flour, stir a little and add the rest of the milk. After boiling, add the vegetable broth. Stir constantly until creamy.
