Garlic

Em uma panela coloque o óleo para esquentar. 

Fritar o alho bem picadinhosou ficar doradinho. 

Fry the garlic finely chopped or turn golden brown.

Colocar 5 xícaras de água, sal a gostos e deixar ferver.

Add 5 cups of water, salt to taste and bring to a boil.

Acionar 3 xícaras de arroz , mexer bem tampar a panela e baixar o fogo.

Activate 3 cups of rice, stir well, cover the pan and lower the heat.

Quando secar ,desligar o fogo, deixar descansar e em seguida  com um garfo mexa pra solta o arroz .

When dry, turn off the fire, let it rest and then with a fork stir to release the rice.
