Em uma tigela adicione 2 xícara de água no fubá,o sazon, sal ;mexe  e reserve. 

In a bowl add 2 cups of water to the cornmeal, the seasoning, salt; stir and set aside.

No fogo baixo,  leve a panela com óleo e alho,dá uma dourada no alho e adicione o fubá rapidamente, depois adicione mas água o suficiente pra cozinhar a polenta.
