- Roasted Cassava Flour125 g
- Pistachio without shell200 g
- Roughly crush the pistachios in a food processor (or blender). Keep some pieces whole. Reserve.
- Finely chop the onion. In a pan, sauté the butter until translucent.
- Add the manioc flour and sauté, stirring constantly, until it is lightly golden and crispy.
- Add the pistachios and continue to stir until the pistachios are crispy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
