  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Roasted Cassava Flour125 g
  • Pistachio without shell200 g
  1. Roughly crush the pistachios in a food processor (or blender). Keep some pieces whole. Reserve.
  2. Finely chop the onion. In a pan, sauté the butter until translucent.
  3. Add the manioc flour and sauté, stirring constantly, until it is lightly golden and crispy.
  4. Add the pistachios and continue to stir until the pistachios are crispy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
