- grated ginger1 tablespoon
- Brown Sugar3/4 cup
- Curry1/2 teaspoon
- Bay Leaves2 unit(s)
- Pepperoni Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon of butter, to brown the onion, garlic, ginger and pepperoni. Add a pinch of salt. Add the apple, pineapple and pepper. Add 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, and a little salt. Cook on low heat for about 30-40min.
