  • Cooked chickpeas1 cup
  • Cooked and peeled pine nuts1 cup
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce1.1/2 cup
  • Cashew Nut Cream (recipe in tips)1/2 cup
  • salt1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika to taste
  • Syrian pepper to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chilli Pepper to taste
  • Ketchup1 tablespoon
  • Yellow Mustard1 tablespoon
  1. Heat a large pan or skillet with olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until wilted.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir for another 1 minute.
  3. Then add the cooked chickpeas and pine nuts, as well as the other seasonings, mixing well.
  4. Sauté for a few minutes on low heat to discover the flavors and then add the tomato sauce.
  5. For more flavor, add the ketchup and mustard and mix it all in.
  6. Finally, add the cashew nut cream (I taught you how to do it in the tips) and mix well. Turn off the fire.
  7. Taste to see if you need to adjust the seasoning and then serve with the side dishes you prefer.
