  • Parsley to taste
  • Green onions to taste
  • Carrot to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Put a pan on the fire with water, salt, a thread of oil and wait for it to boil. Add the washed rice and mix well. Lower the heat, let the water dry and remove the rice from the heat. In a pan, heat a pan with the measure of butter and fry the raisins and peas. Pour the mixture into a deep bowl and add the green onions, carrots, peppers, onions, parsley and Parmesan. Add the cooked rice and mix everything carefully.
