- Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Boiling water4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)

- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- In a pan heat the oil and sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic.
- Add the carrot cut into cubes and the peppers in small slices (seedless). Sauté until the peppers wilt.
- If necessary, add a little more olive oil, add the rice and season with salt. Stir well.
- Place 4 cups of boiling water, the bay leaf, mix and cook over medium heat, with the pan half covered.
- When the water level starts to dry, lower the heat and cover the pan.
- When the bottom of the pan is dry, turn off the heat, add the raisins and leave covered for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a platter and decorate with green smell!
