  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Raisins1 cup
  • Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Boiling water4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Bay leaf1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  1. In a pan heat the oil and sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic.
  2. Add the carrot cut into cubes and the peppers in small slices (seedless). Sauté until the peppers wilt.
  3. If necessary, add a little more olive oil, add the rice and season with salt. Stir well.
  4. Place 4 cups of boiling water, the bay leaf, mix and cook over medium heat, with the pan half covered.
  5. When the water level starts to dry, lower the heat and cover the pan.
  6. When the bottom of the pan is dry, turn off the heat, add the raisins and leave covered for 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a platter and decorate with green smell!
