  • Salt30 g
  • Water200 ml
  • White Vinegar375 ml
  • Olive oil250 ml
  1. Start by washing the peppers. After that, pass the brine, this solution will help to reduce the humidity of the vinegar, allowing the vinegar to be better absorbed.
  2. Use a liter of water with approximately 350g of salt and leave the peppers to soak in the brine with a little vinegar for 24 hours then remove the excess with a cloth.
  3. Remove the stalks from the peppers and cut them as you prefer, they can be used whole or sliced.
  4. Discard the solution with vinegar, insert the peppers in a sterilized glass jar, fill with oil and zaeite if you prefer and store.
