- garlic30 g
- olive oil250 ml
- grated cheese (parmesan)250 g
- nuts60 g
- salt and pepper2 to taste
- Peel the garlic cloves, pass through the press and place in a bowl.
- Add the teaspoon of salt and mix very well.
- Crush the pine nuts or walnuts (in a food processor, with a pestle or with your hands) and add garlic and salt.
- Wash the basil leaves, dry and chop into very small pieces, then put them in the bowl too.
- Add the cheese and olive oil and mix very well until you get a homogeneous paste.
- Season with a little black pepper and store in a sterilized jar.
