  • basil80 g
  • garlic30 g
  • olive oil250 ml
  • grated cheese (parmesan)250 g
  • nuts60 g
  • salt and pepper2 to taste
  1. Peel the garlic cloves, pass through the press and place in a bowl.
  2. Add the teaspoon of salt and mix very well.
  3. Crush the pine nuts or walnuts (in a food processor, with a pestle or with your hands) and add garlic and salt.
  4. Wash the basil leaves, dry and chop into very small pieces, then put them in the bowl too.
  5. Add the cheese and olive oil and mix very well until you get a homogeneous paste.
  6. Season with a little black pepper and store in a sterilized jar.
