  • Potato1 kg
  • Milk1 l
  • Butter200 g
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Water500 ml
  • Seasonings (knot nutmeg, coriander, black pepper, fresh garlic, onion) to taste
  1. Cook the potato whole and WITH THE SKIN in the milk and water, seasoned to taste, for approximately 40 minutes or until you feel it coming off the fork easily.
  2. Remove the skin from the potato, place it in a container and mash it while it is still hot (do not use a blender).
  3. Add the butter and cream Milk, mix well and add salt to taste.
  4. Ready, your perfect puree can now go to the table.
