- On a cutting board cut the pepperoni into thin slices the potato
- Place the onion and garlic in a food processor and grind for 3 minutes.
- In a pan, put the water, the potatoes already cut and peeled, the salt and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- When time passes, place the pepperoni next to the potatoes, garlic and onion, put a little oregano on top, stir and leave for another 10 minutes.
