- Cooked pine nuts cut in half300 g
- Crushed Garlic4 unit(s)
- Boiling water3/5 l
- Diced Onion2 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Sliced pepperoni3 unit(s)
- Chop the onion and set aside
- Remove the skin from the sausage and cut it into 5cm pieces.
- In the skillet add the cut sausages, the chopped pine nuts, the green smell and sauté for approximately six minutes. Reserve
- Using the same skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the onion.
- Add the already braised rice of your preference, then stir.
- Three minutes before the end of cooking add the sausage and pine nuts.
- Finish with the green smell, olive oil and stir well to incorporate the ingredients.
- Adjust salt if necessary and season with pepper. just serve
