Ingredients

Appetizer potato300 g
Olive oil1 teaspoon
Pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Garlic to taste
Smoked paprika, pepperoni, cumin and oregano1 teaspoon
Coriander to taste

Cook the potato in salted water and drain.
In a pan put a thread of olive oil and fry the pepperoni, add all the seasonings and let it sauté.
Then put the potatoes, mix a lot, turn off the fire and finish with the cilantro.
