- Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds. Cut the peppers into small pieces.
- Peel the apples and grate in the coarse grater.
- In a pan add all the ingredients, mix well and bring to the medium fire, stirring occasionally.
- Let it cook until it comes to a boil.
- Tips. The jam lasts for 30 days in the fridge, as long as it is in a tightly closed glass. Use and abuse this recipe to accompany meats and snacks.
