  • Cassava flour250 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Peixinho da Horta leaves10/15 unit(s)
  • Extra olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Butter50 g
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a large skillet or pan, lightly brown the onion over low heat.
  2. Add the flour and stir constantly until golden, being careful not to overcook it or it will become bitter.
  3. Taste from time to time and when it is almost done, add salt and the Peixinho leaves chopped into 1cm squares and keep stirring until they are dry and crispy.
  4. Turn off the heat and keep stirring for another 2/3 minutes and it's ready.
