- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Chopped Pepperoni1/2 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce300 g
- Green Corn and Pea (1 package)260 g
- Chopped Olives3 tablespoon
- Water500 ml
- Corn Flour3 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- First cook the eggs, when the water starts to boil leave it for another 10 minutes, chop 1 egg into slices to decorate and the rest chop into small pieces.
- In a pan add the oil, onion, pepperoni and sauté.
- After sautéing add the tomato sauce, water, corn, peas, eggs, olives and salt, mix. let the water warm
- Then with low fire add the corn flour little by little. Stir constantly until it unglues from the bottom of the pan.
- Grease a round shape with oil, to decorate, place 1 egg, chopped in slices, chopped tamate in slices and a few pieces of olive in between.
- Place the couscous in the mold, let it cool at room temperature, then put it in the fridge for 1 hour. You are ready to misinform.
