  • Flaked Corn Flour1/2 cup
  • Cassava flour1/2 cup
  • Cashew nuts in strips1/3 cup
  • Passion Fruit Pulp1 unit(s)
  • Passion Fruit Juice1/2 cup
  • Sunflower oil1/2 cup
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Colorau1 teaspoon
  • Chopped chives1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. Start by heating the oil in a wide skillet. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Then add the flour, paprika and salt. Stir until very crispy. If necessary add more oil. Reserve.
  2. In the same skillet add the pulp, passion fruit juice and sugar. Boil for five minutes, stirring constantly to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  3. When the sugar dissolves, add the flours and chestnuts, stir for a few more minutes on low heat so it doesn't burn, adjust the salt and finish with chives.
