- Flaked Corn Flour1/2 cup
- Cassava flour1/2 cup
- Cashew nuts in strips1/3 cup
- Passion Fruit Pulp1 unit(s)
- Passion Fruit Juice1/2 cup
- Sunflower oil1/2 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Colorau1 teaspoon
- Chopped chives1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Start by heating the oil in a wide skillet. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. Then add the flour, paprika and salt. Stir until very crispy. If necessary add more oil. Reserve.
- In the same skillet add the pulp, passion fruit juice and sugar. Boil for five minutes, stirring constantly to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan.
- When the sugar dissolves, add the flours and chestnuts, stir for a few more minutes on low heat so it doesn't burn, adjust the salt and finish with chives.
