- Skinless pork sausage, peeled200 g
- Grated raw carrots3 unit(s)

- Chopped Pitted Olives100 g
- Roasted Cassava Flour500 g
- Eggs6 to taste
- In a large pan, put the oil and fry the bacon, pepperoni sausage and pork sausage.
- Fry a little and add the onion, tomato, let it wither and add the green corn and olives.
- Mix well and add the raw and grated carrots, lower the heat and add the flour little by little, mixing well.
- Finally add the green smell
- Turn off the heat and serve with white rice and a good barbecue, roast beef, or chicken, it goes well with any type of side dish.
- Note: if you are going to put eggs after cooking, chop and put it in the pot, and mix with the fire already off
