  • Chopped pepperoni sausage200 g
  • Chopped Bacon200 g
  • Skinless pork sausage, peeled200 g
  • Grated raw carrots3 unit(s)
  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Chopped Pitted Olives100 g
  • Roasted Cassava Flour500 g
  • Eggs6 to taste
  1. In a large pan, put the oil and fry the bacon, pepperoni sausage and pork sausage.
  2. Fry a little and add the onion, tomato, let it wither and add the green corn and olives.
  3. Mix well and add the raw and grated carrots, lower the heat and add the flour little by little, mixing well.
  4. Finally add the green smell
  5. Turn off the heat and serve with white rice and a good barbecue, roast beef, or chicken, it goes well with any type of side dish.
  6. Note: if you are going to put eggs after cooking, chop and put it in the pot, and mix with the fire already off
