Grated Parmesan cheese (can be the one in the bag)

Sour cream

Mayonnaise

Milk

Crushed garlic

Salt

Parmesan sauce like in the cafeteria

Em uma panela coloque todos os ingrediente (com exceção da maionese e do sal ) e misture bem. 

In a pan put all the ingredients (except the mayonnaise and salt) and mix well.

Coloque no fogo baixo e mexa até começar a fever, feito isso desligue o fogo. 
Espere esfria e coloque no liquidificador ou multi processador e acrescente a maionese. Bata para misturar e ficar cremoso. 

Place on low heat and stir until it starts to boil, then turn off the heat.
Wait for it to cool and put it in the blender or multi processor and add the mayonnaise. Whisk to mix and become creamy.
