2 eggs/2 cups all-purpose flour/2 cups milk/1 small beetroot/Salt to taste

Bater a beterraba com os ovos no liquidificador.

Beat the beets with the eggs in the blender.

Acrescente a farinha de trigo, o leite e o sal, batendo sempre.

Add the flour, milk and salt, beating constantly.

Unte a  frigideira antiaderente, com azeite ou óleo coloque porções iguais da massa para dourar normalmente como qualquer panqueca.

Grease the non-stick frying pan, with olive oil or oil, place equal portions of the dough to brown normally like any pancake.

Depois é só colocar o recheio de sua preferência, cobrir com molho e tá PRONTA!!
