- Oat flakes1/2 cup
- Sliced Almonds1/3 cup
- Chopped walnuts1/4 cup
- Flaxseed1 tablespoon
- Coconut flakes (or shredded coconut)1/4 cup
- Molasses (or honey)2 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Coconut oil1 teaspoon
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well incorporated.
- Place in a large pan or skillet, spreading evenly and, over low heat, cook for 3 minutes without stirring. Then stir well and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
- Let it cool down and transfer it to a glass can and it's ready, enjoy!
