  • Bacon100 g
  • Pepperoni100 g
  • Chicken100 g
  • Pork ribs100 g
  • Cordorna Egg1 cup
  • Cherry tomato1 cup
  • Ready crackling1/2 cup
  • Green smell to taste
  • Vegetable broth500 ml
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  1. Start by frying the proteins one at a time, keeping the crust that forms at the bottom of the pan (bacon, pepperoni chicken & pork ribs)
  2. Return with the proteins already fruits in the pan and Enter with the rice in saute well
  3. Add the onion and garlic and the vegetable stock until the rice is completely covered.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and let it cook
  5. With the rice well cooked, finish with the tomatoes, crackling and green smell
