Salt to taste
Parsley and chives1 tablespoon

Oregano1 dessert spoon

In a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff, add the egg yolks, let them beat a little longer and turn off
Add the other ingredients and mix gently
Place on a greased platter with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden.
