  • Chicken130 g
  • Corn120 g
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Olive50 g
  • Ham70 g
  • Mozzarella150 g
  • Milk Cream1/2 unit(s)
  • Green Smell50 g
  • Sauce1/2 unit(s)
  • Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper to taste
  1. In a pan with a high bottom, put a drizzle of olive oil and add chicken cut into cubes to brown. Then you can add the onion in cubes to gold too.
  2. Add the tomato cut into cubes and the corn, to sauté. Add tomato sauce and sour cream. Mix well. Add the olives and diced ham. Mix well.
  3. Add the cooked rice and the green smell, mix well. In a refractory, place a layer of rice and cheese, then another layer of rice. Finally the layer of cheese and take it to gratin in the oven for 20 minutes.
