  • Oil240 ml
  • Milk500 ml
  • Water240 ml
  • Ripe medium tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • medium onions2 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour without yeast4 cup
  • Dried shrimp200 g
  • Palm oil2 tablespoon
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a blender place the eggs, oil, milk and water and beat well.
  2. Then add onion, tomato, shrimp and continue to beat.
  3. Now gradually add the wheat flour, palm oil, salt and finally the yeast.
  4. Unite the shape with butter and wheat flour, add the blender mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 25 mins or until the toothpick comes out clean.
  5. It can be accompanied by seasoned shrimp, vinaigrette salad, caruru and vatapa.
