- Wheat flour without yeast4 cup
- Dried shrimp200 g
- Palm oil2 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- In a blender place the eggs, oil, milk and water and beat well.
- Then add onion, tomato, shrimp and continue to beat.
- Now gradually add the wheat flour, palm oil, salt and finally the yeast.
- Unite the shape with butter and wheat flour, add the blender mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180º for 25 mins or until the toothpick comes out clean.
- It can be accompanied by seasoned shrimp, vinaigrette salad, caruru and vatapa.
