Recipe
- First, wash the potato well.
- Then cut the potato into thin slices, but without detaching them, leaving them still together at the base.
- In a bowl, mix the butter and all the other ingredients, it will form a paste.
- With the help of a culinary brush, brush the entire potato (especially between the slices) with the paste. Place in the oven for approximately 35 minutes, or until cooked through and golden.
