Potatoes, cut into very thin slices

Lave bem as batatas e corte-as com a casca em rodelas bem finas com ajuda de um fatiado de legumes. 

Wash the potatoes well and cut them with the skin into very thin slices with the help of a slice of vegetables.

Em um refratário disponha as batatas em pé apoiando em uma das laterais. Faça isso até cobrir todo refratário. 

In a refractory, arrange the potatoes standing on one side. Do this until all the refractory is covered.

Regue com bastante azeite, salpique sal e o chimichurri. 

Drizzle with plenty of oil, sprinkle with salt and chimichurri.

Leve ao forno médio pré aquecido até dourar.
