- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Butter1/2 teaspoon
- refined sugar1 teaspoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Corn Starch1/2 teaspoon
- Water1 tablespoon
- In a pan heat the butter and brown the onion.
- Add the orange juice and the diluted starch in the water, mix.
- Add the salt and stir until it starts to thicken.
- Serve immediately to accompany the tender.
