  • Orange Juice1 cup
  • White wine1/3 cup
  • Water1/3 cup
  • Corn Starch2 teaspoon
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Cloves1 coffee spoon
  • Blonde1 unit(s)
  1. In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion until it begins to brown. Let it form a crust at the bottom of the pan.
  2. Add the wine, water and finally the orange juice. Season with salt, sugar, bay leaf and cloves. Stir well.
  3. Let it boil and lower the heat. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the bay leaf and cloves and puree in a blender. Strain.
  5. Dissolve the starch in a little water, add the strained broth and lead to low heat until it thickens!
