  • 1 clove of garlic1 unit(s)
  • Cassava flour3 cup
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Salt, black pepper, parsley and chives to taste
  1. Cut the onion in half moon as I taught here. Sauté with 1 tablespoon of butter until it becomes translucent. Add the garlic and let it brown. Add the manioc flour and the rest of the butter. Never stop moving. If you want to make it more moist, add more butter while stirring. Reached the point you like?
