- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Lemon (juice)1/2 unit(s)

- Tablespoons of tomato sauce4 tablespoon
- Tablespoon of vinegar1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste to taste
- For the first step, it is important to choose the okra. Give preference to smaller ones, so you won't run the risk of buying hard okra.
- Remove the two ends of the okra and chop them.
- In a pan, fry the garlic until golden and add the chopped okra. Sauté for about 5 minutes and add the lemon juice (this will help to remove the drool).
- The next step in this sautéed okra recipe with sauce is to add the chopped onion and tomato and sauté for a few more minutes.
