  • Chicken gizzards5 unit(s)
  • Chicken heart5 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Beaten eggs2 unit(s)
  1. Chop the giblets on the tip of a knife.
  2. In a very hot pan, melt the butter.
  3. Fry the chopped giblets.
  4. Add the eggs and mix well, as if you were making scrambled eggs.
  5. Add the cassava flour and stir until golden.
  6. Adjust the salt and pepper.
