  • Chicken gizzards5 unit(s)
  • Chicken heart5 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Beaten eggs2 unit(s)
  1. Chop the giblets on the tip of a knife.
