Charque300 g
Beef tripe300 g
Beef Mocotó300 g
Pepperoni sausage300 g
Tomato1 unit(s)
Pepper1 unit(s)
Onion1 unit(s)
Salt to taste

Blanch the jerked beef, tripe, mocoto and fava separately three times in a row.
Place the fava beans in a pan, cover with water and cook until slightly soft.
Put the jerked beef, the tripe, the mocotó, the sausage and add it to the fava. Cover with water and bring to a boil. When it boils, add the tomato, onion, pepper, cilantro, salt to taste.
Cook for 1 hour and serve.
