- Chopped curd cheese200 g

- Chives2 tablespoon
- In a pan, cook the rice and set aside.
- Soak the beans for 2 hours, cook for 30 minutes and set aside.
- Saute bacon with minced garlic
- Mix the rice, beans and bacon, cut cubes of curd cheese and mix. Place the chives on top and serve.
