  • Fresh Mushrooms (I used Shiitake)12 unit(s)
  • Gorgonzola cheese cut into cubes100 g
  • Pecan Nut50 g
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Clean the mushrooms with a paper towel. Remove the stipe (mushroom stem). Arrange the mushrooms in an ovenproof dish or mold, with the cap (“hat” of the mushroom) facing down.
  2. In the place where the stipe (stem) was, fill it with a piece of gorgonzola cheese and a walnut.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
  4. Tip: reserve the mushroom “stems” and use them in other recipes, such as omelets.
