Mushroom risotto

  • Mushroom Broth3 l
  • Butter100 g
  • Carnaroli rice500 g
  • Dry white wine300 ml
  • Medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Mascarpone type cheese150 g
  • Salsa Tartufata3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  1. Heat the broth in a pan. In another pan, melt the butter. Add the rice and stir for a few minutes until it is fully coated with the hot butter.
  2. Add the white wine and stir until dry. Add the onion and let it sweat a little, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the mushroom broth and stir until it reaches the desired point (al dente and creamy).
  4. Add the mascarpone and truffled parsley and mix well.
