  • Sliced mixed mushrooms (shitake, shimeji, portobello...)800 g
  • Minced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Miso1 teaspoon
  • Balsamic Vinegar2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Juniper Berries4 unit(s)
  • Thyme1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut a piece of parchment paper approximately the size of a baking sheet, fold it in half.
  2. Combine the sliced mushrooms, garlic, juniper thyme, miso, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt in a large bowl and toss until the mushrooms are evenly coated.
  3. Add the mixture to the parchment paper and fold in half leaving some air at the top for the mushrooms to steam.
  4. Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
