Para fazer a Espuma. Em uma tigela gelada, coloque o creme de leite, o açúcar, o suco de limão, o gengibre e bata até quase chegar no ponto de chantilly (o ponto certo é quando você levantar o batedor e a espuma cair lentamente). Reserve;

Em uma caneca de cobre, coloque o suco de limão, o xarope, a Angostura, a vodka, o gelo e misture bem com uma colher bailarina;

In a copper mug, place the lemon juice, syrup, Angostura, vodka, ice and mix well with a ballerina spoon;

Adicione a espuma por cima do drink; 
Decore como quiser, e sirva

Add the foam over the drink;
Decorate however you like, and serve.
