  • Moroccan Couscous1/2 cup
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Bay Leaf1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sweet paprika to taste
  • grated carrot to taste
  • Chicken strips200 g
  • Roasted Almonds3 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Boiling water1 cup
  • Green smell to taste
  1. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the chicken strips and sauté well until golden brown. Add the grated carrot, season with salt, pepper, paprika and bay leaf. Sauté well for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the Moroccan couscous, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and adjust the salt if necessary. Turn off the fire.
  4. Throw in boiling water and stir well. Cover the pan and leave for 5 minutes.
  5. Loosen the couscous with a fork, add the almonds and sprinkle with parsley.
