- Large mint leaves5 unit(s)
- Carte Blanch Rum60 ml
- Ice cube6 unit(s)
- Sparkling water120 ml
- Cut the lemon and remove the bitter parts.
- In a cocktail shaker, mix the lemon with 3 mint leaves and the sugar.
- Add the rum and 1 ice cube and shake well.
- Transfer the contents (strained) to the glass that will serve with the rest of the ice.
- Add the sparkling water and garnish with the remaining mint leaves.
