Antes de começar, deixe o feijão de molho em uma tigela com água, por cerca de 3 horas.
Retire essa água e transfira o feijão para uma panela de pressão;
Cubra com água, deixando passar 2 dedos de água acima do feijão;
Adicione as folhas de louro, tampe a panela e leve ao fogo alto;
Quando começar a pegar pressão, deixe cozinhar por 20 minutos;

DICA: o ponto é quando o feijão estiver al dente.
Desligue o fogo, aguarde a pressão sair e coe o feijão em uma peneira e reserve;
Em uma panela ou frigideira grande, refogue o bacon junto com a linguiça até dourar, reserve;                                       aqueça uma frigideira com um fio de azeite ou óleo e coloque os ovos; mexa por alguns minutinhos até que os ovos estejam cozidos; reserve.
Em seguida doure a cebola junto com o alho, adicione o bacon e a calabresa refogada, o feijão cozido, os ovos mexidos e o sal;
Refogue por mais 2 minutinhos e em seguida vá adicionando a farinha de mandioca aos poucos enquanto mistura;                                                          Para finalizar, salpique salsinha por cima e sirva em seguida.
