  • Cassava Flour1/2 cup
  • Ripe large tomato1 unit(s)
  • Medium onion1 cup
  • Garlic to taste
  • Parsley and chives to taste
  • Boiled Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Medium green pepper1 unit(s)
  1. Blend the beans in a blender and set aside.
  2. In a pan, fry the garlic in the oil and then add the onion, tomato and pepper. Add 1 cup of water, adjust salt and bring to a boil. Reserve
  3. In a pan, fry the onion and garlic and throw the beaten beans. Hit the salt. Add the flour little by little so it doesn't form balls and keep stirring while it boils for about 5 minutes. Turn off the fire, turn in a refractory, throw the sauce on top, the eggs and garnish with parsley and chives.
