Recipe
- In a bowl, mix the meatball ingredients until smooth.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Open circles of meat dough in your hands, place a cube of mozzarella and close forming a ball.
- In a pan, put the oil, garlic, onion and fry until golden.
- Add the sauce, salt and meatballs and cook for 10 minutes or until softened.
