Green Scent2 tablespoon
Salt2 teaspoon
Black pepper0 to taste
Tomato2 unit(s)
Vegetable broth1 unit(s)
Tomato sauce1 cup

In a container, mix the ground beef, garlic, onion, green smell and salt.
Roll up small portions of the meat, forming the meatballs and take it to the oven for 20 minutes.
In a pan, sauté the tomatoes, add the vegetable broth dissolved in 2 cups (tea) of boiling water and add the tomato sauce.
Spread the sauce over the meatballs and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
